“NOTHING GREAT WAS EVER ACHIEVED WITHOUT ENTHUSIASM” – R.W. Emerson

AMRA designs, manufactures and markets high reliability electromechanical relays, for which the company is the CHAUVIN ARNOUX group's centre of excellence and competence.

AMRA is the Italian subsidiary of the CHAUVIN ARNOUX group, European measurement technology market leader in several business sectors: electrical, industrial, tertiary and environmental.

AMRA relays are present in more than 100 countries under the brands AMRA, MTI, CHAUVIN ARNOUX and ENERDIS, today CHAUVIN ARNOUX Energy.

Incorporated in 1975 for the manufacture of electromechanical relays under license of the group, originally linked to the “OK” product, AMRA has gained recognition for the high quality of its products, becoming a qualified supplier to the main electricity companies, international EPC service companies, and the major rolling stock construction companies and railway operators.

In December 1999 AMRA S.p.A. absorbed MTI s.r.l., a consolidated relays manufacturer that had been on the market since 1957. The synergies developed between the two companies produced new strengths and growth on the market, aimed at constantly increasing the quality of the product range accompanied by ever better levels of service to guarantee absolute customer satisfaction.

The main relay production plant is located in Italy (Macherio, MB).
